| We launched a new marketing campaign during the year with the theme “Rest Assured”
highlighting the high standards which can always be expected from Dnata.
More recently we were delighted to receive two Quality Appreciation Awards – for Dnata’s
Airport Services and Dnata Agencies to add to the one won by Dnata Cargo several years
ago – which gave us the confidence that our training, investment in people and hard
work is paying off and shows that our campaign is based on fact.
All Dnata departments showed a healthy growth and record turnovers.
